You acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Any inbound and outbound calls with EcoGuard Pest Management and its personnel and/or agents may be monitored and/or recorded. Company will infer that you consent to such monitoring and/or recording by continuing your call.

10. SMS Policy

By signing up for EcoGuard's service or submitting your phone number to one of EcoGuard's forms or contact methods, you agree to receive SMS messages on your phone. SMS messages may include contact from our service representatives and reminders of upcoming visits. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. EcoGuard will not contact you through SMS if the phone number was not provided to us. For help with your SMS preferences, contact 866-326-2847. You can opt-out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to any SMS received or contacting us at 866-326-2847.

11. Security Policy

The information collected by EcoGuard Pest Management will be used for providing information or services that are directly requested by the customer, developing or improving our services and products or improving the content and features on this website. We do not rent, trade or sell any information we collect through our website to third parties. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources (such as credit history, to authorize payments). While we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information we collect, any personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff and will only be used by us only as set forth in this policy.
